Schedules

Schedules allow you to define on which days and at what times a Gadget can be used. You can create as many schedules as you need. Each schedule shows a weekly agenda, from Monday to Sunday, where you can select the time slots during which access will be permitted. For example, you can create schedules such as:

• Work access → Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
• Cleaning access → Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 to 9:00
• Maintenance access → every day from 8:00 to 20:00

How are schedules used?

Schedules are always applied to a Gadget and are configured within groups, where you decide which schedule to apply to each Gadget. This allows you to define, for example: that a door can only be opened during work hours, that a garage can be opened 24 hours a day or that the laboratory door can only be opened during certain hours on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Important

The schedule is applied together with the member’s validity. This means that an opening will only be valid if the member has active access and the opening attempt occurs within the permitted schedule for that Gadget. Otherwise, the member will be reported a validity error or a schedule error.
