[Q2 2024] New search filters for the Devices section

New search filters have been added to the “Devices” section of the Admin Panel. These new filters are by product type (Cylinder, Pinpad, Roomlock, etc), and by Status (Online or Offline)

These new filters enable more agile searches for organizations with a high number of devices installed across multiple sites.

The Product filter allows you to filter by product type among all devices installed by an organization: Roomlock, Pinpad, Cylinder, etc.

The Status filter allows filtering by device status (Online/Offline).

The “Offline” status filter is especially useful for detecting if there has been a problem related to lack of electricity/Internet in one or more properties of an organization.
