If any Akiles Cylinder device in an organization has low battery (-15% battery), an alert will be displayed in the Alerts section of the Admin Panel (both in mobile and desktop versions).

When accessing the section and clicking on the alert in question, a dropdown will open containing the video with instructions on how to change the device’s battery.
