How does Magic Link work?

Magic Link is a way to invite a Member without needing to download the Akiles App or log in. It’s useful for guests in vacation rentals, temporary employees, or visitors.

When you create the Member, a “Magic Link” will be generated for you to share however you want: email, WhatsApp, or booking platforms like Airbnb or Booking. Simply copy and paste it on the desired platform.

You can reset the Magic Link using the corresponding button, generating a new link and blocking the use of the previous one. You can also delete it by disabling the Magic Link option for the member.
