How does the Magic Link work?

The Magic Link is a way to invite a Member without the need to download the Akiles App or log in. It’s useful for vacation rental guests, temporary employees, or visitors.

When creating the Member, a “Magic Link” will be generated to share however you prefer: email, WhatsApp, or booking channels like Airbnb or Booking. You simply need to copy and paste it on the desired platform.

You can reset the Magic Link through the corresponding button, generating a new link and blocking the use of the previous one. You can also delete it by deactivating the Magic Link option in the member.
