Marketplace

The Akiles Marketplace allows you to connect Akiles with other tools and platforms that you use in your daily operations. From this section you can discover which applications have integration with Akiles and connect them easily to automate tasks within the system.

If you want to connect your system with Akiles or develop a custom integration, you can find all the information in our Developer Center. From there you can consult the documentation for our API and SDK, create a test organization, and an oAuth application.

What does the Akiles Marketplace allow?

The Marketplace brings together all available integrations with Akiles. These integrations allow different platforms to communicate with Akiles to automate processes that you would normally have to do manually in the admin panel. The connection is usually made in a few steps and, once activated, the platforms begin to exchange information automatically.

Types of integrations

Many integrations available in the Marketplace are designed to connect with booking or property management systems (PMS). When a PMS is connected with Akiles, the system can automate processes such as:

• Create members automatically
• Assign access based on the reservation
• Activate access during the stay
• Remove access when the reservation ends

Connecting an integration

From the Marketplace you can view the available integrations, access information about each one, and connect the integration you want with just a few clicks. Once connected, the integration will begin to automate processes between both platforms. Marketplace integrations allow Akiles to be part of an ecosystem of connected tools, reducing manual tasks and simplifying access management. This is especially useful in environments such as:

• Vacation apartments
• Hotels
• Meeting rooms in Coworkings
• Offices
• Common areas in residential developments
• Etc

Practical example

Imagine you manage vacation apartments and use a PMS to manage your reservations. If you have connected the PMS with Akiles following the steps in the previous section, when a new reservation enters your PMS, the PMS will detect the reservation, send the information to Akiles, Akiles will automatically create the member, and that member will receive access to the corresponding doors during the reservation period. In this way, it is not necessary to create the member manually.
