Logs
The Logs section displays the activity history of your Akiles system. Here you can view everything that happens in your installation, including access events, actions performed by administrators, and system automations. This allows you to have complete traceability of activity and know at all times what has occurred.
Access logs
In the logs you can see when a user activates a gadget. For each event the following information is displayed:
- Which member activated the gadget: Nicolás Salazar
- Which gadget was activated: Office door
- What action was executed: Open permanently
- In which site that gadget is located: Akiles HQ
- When the gadget was activated: Monday 19/03/2100 at 12:03h
- What opening method was used to activate the gadget: Offline opening via Bluetooth
Log of activity performed by administrators
The logs also include actions performed by system administrators. For example: changes to configurations, modifications to access permissions, creation or deletion of members, changes to devices or groups. This allows you to maintain a clear history of what changes have been made to your installation and who made them.
Logs of automatic events
The logs also include events generated by automatic triggers in the system.
