Alerts

The Alerts section displays automatic notifications about the status of Akiles devices and possible incidents in the installation. These alerts allow you to quickly monitor the status of the installation, quickly detect connection problems or low battery to take action before they affect system operation, and keep the system running correctly.

What types of alerts can appear?

The Akiles system generates alerts automatically when it detects certain situations. Among the most common are:

• Device offline: When a device loses connection with the Akiles Cloud, the system generates an alert indicating that the device is Offline. This allows you to quickly identify connectivity problems.

• Low battery: If a device operates on batteries, the system monitors the battery level. When the level drops below 20%, an alert is generated to indicate that the batteries should be replaced soon.
