[Q4 2023] Users are notified when the battery of a device they just used is below 10%

When a user accesses through a device with battery below 10%, a message will appear on screen inviting them to alert the administrator about the need for an imminent battery change.

In turn, administrators will continue to be notified about the low battery level of their devices in the “Alerts” section of the Admin Panel.

We recommend frequently checking the “Alerts” section of the Admin Panel for proper system operation.

In case of having active alerts, administrators will see a red circle both on the main screen of the App and in the “Alerts” section of the Admin Panel.
